Play's The Thing: The Paintings and Objects of Jun Kaneko. Sheldon Museum of Art, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, June 19–October 11, 2009.

This exhibition explored the relationship between Jun Kaneko's paintings and sculptures. On display was a selection of Kaneko’s large-scale paintings, works on paper, and ceramics.

As curatorial assistant, I implemented the exhibition's marketing and programming strategies, assisted with the installation and dismantling of the exhibition, and provided research and written content for all related didactic materials. I also played a critical role in the assemblage of the exhibition catalog, Play's the Thing: Reading the Art of Jun Kaneko.
